The mission for this role is to plan, implement and execute the demand generation strategy for Glints ExpertClass For Business, from generating qualified leads, to closing the deals & retaining clients.
- Generate qualified leads & create an outbound prospecting strategy, as well as to fill and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads for GEC for business
- Build Ideal Sales Pipeline
- Achieve team & individual weekly KPIs.
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and new business leads.
- Create a great first impression to our prospect client by providing them with a meaningful experience and overview of our value, especially for Glints Expert Class for Business’ values.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of all things about Glints Expert Class for Business to educate potential clients on the value of our products.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative & compelling follow-ups
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Experience min. 2 years in leading a team
- Prior sales experience in HR Industry or Learning & Development Industry
- Experience in doing cold calling is a must
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Fluency in English is a must
