Business Development Intern
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the Business Development team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
- Help manage and organize documents, databases, and reports related to partnerships and collaborations.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Update and maintain partner contact lists and follow-up records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and internal updates.
- Assist in research on potential partners and market trends when needed.
- Report daily activities and provide admin support directly to the BD Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
- Female, active university student majoring in Communication, Business Management, or related field (minimum 5th semester).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Comfortable with administrative work and coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Willing to learn about business development and partnership processes.
- Willing to work from office (WFO) 4 days & WFH 1 days a week, Monday–Friday.
- Placement: Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta (Bintaro area).
