Job description for Business Development Executive at Tls-asia
TLS ASIA is seeking to hire a Business Development Executive to develop the company's business for Singapore market. You will be responsible for implementing and accelerating all aspects of business development for the company.
Responsibilities:
Work on multiple aspects of channel sales including sales and business expansion for Singapore market.
Actively reach out to and engage new customers and business opportunities.
Co-create business development plan and roadmap and ensure that it is aligned with the company’s overall strategic direction.
Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to management on progress, roadblocks and solutions.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties required to advance the company's growth.
Qualifications:
Diploma in any Business discipline with 1-3 years of relevant experience in bedding furniture/ hospitality industry
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail and efficiency.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong in relationship building and able to handle and relate to a wide range of people at all levels.
Excellent presentation skills
Enthusiastic, results-oriented and able to work independently
Able to work in fast-paced environment and handle pressure well
Compensation:
The position is full-time and based in Singapore with basic salary, sales incentives and profit sharing, subject to discussion.
