Job description for Business Development Executive at Glints
- Involve scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays; Pitching and presenting products
- Developing and making persuasive marketing/sales strategies, materials and campaign presentations based on an educated understanding of the business issues, requirements and needs of potential clients
- Oversee the recruitment process performed by recruitment team to ensure the good standard and services to the client that resulting in matches/placement
- Good business sense Able to understand the needs of the client and connecting Glints with the needs and plan for the client’s business
- Good professional/business communication skills Excellent listening and speaking skills in English and comfortable speaking to decision makers (mid to top management level)
- Ability in negotiating and closing complex deals Performing negotiation with leads in order to close the deal
- Confident and engaging presentation skills Perform engaging pitch to the leads to be able to close them
- Own personal laptop to be used while working
- Willing to relocate to Batam once covid ends - needs to go back and forth Batam - Singapore to pitch clients
