Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive role is designed for those who want more than a typical sales job.

This is a career-starter role, where you will learn how network and cybersecurity solutions are designed, explained, and delivered to enterprise clients. You will be guided by experienced consultants and engineers, gaining hands-on exposure to real projects, client discussions, and solution consulting, with no prior experience is required. High performers will enjoy regional and international exposure, with exciting opportunities to work or be transferred to other countries as part of your long-term career journey.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE:

• Basic Salary + Allowance + Attractive Commissions & Incentives.

Note: Salary Range: MYR 3,500 – MYR 10,000

(Based on skills, experience, and performance progression)

• Annual Overseas company trip.

• Quarterly company team building & outings.

• Car Allowance, Company Laptop, and Company HP are provided.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in understanding client network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity needs, with guidance from a dedicated mentor during your first year.

• Support solution positioning for network, cybersecurity, and managed services.

• Participate in client meetings and solution discussions with senior team members.

• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and service presentations.

• Coordinate with technical and service teams to align solutions with client needs.

• Support ongoing client engagement to ensure satisfaction and service continuity.

• Learn basic account management and relationship-building practices.

• Maintain documentation, reports, and internal records.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, International Business, Marketing, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training and mentoring provided).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
