Job description for business development b2b staff at PT Osell Selection Indonesia
- Search and acquire new B2B merchant, understanding their needs, and finding a place for them in our ecosystem where we can have a win-win-win situation among merchants.
- Maintain good and close relationships with clients/ merchant
- Develop sales plan and strategy to achieve goals
- Responsible for providing weekly reports on Merchant acquisition status, pipeline and target go live dates.
- Providing recommendations based on merchant feedback to products for feature development.
- Promote in Online way
- Do market research based on Osell’s needs and goals
- Visit to Traditional Market, Shopping Center, or Company (B2B)
- Manage Client Request
- Achieve the target that given by superior
- Manage strong communication between HQ and client
- At least 2 years of working experience in B2B sales is required for this position
- Extensive network in B2B channel and many business segments.
- A hands-on person who is results driven, with excellent social skills.
- Ability to consistently hit sales target
- Proven record in sales with various different channels and industry.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Have licensed number (Bike or Car)
- Can speak English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Willing to work in Jakarta Barat
