You will be
PolicyPal is looking for dynamic BDM to play a pivotal role in delivering sustainable growth in revenue from our new business pillar.
As the Business Development Associate/ Manager, you'll be managing the acquisition and development of our relationships with the company’s consumers and partners in Singapore. You will manage the strategy and partnerships for our business and help us explore new business opportunities relating to FinTech, InsurTech and Tech courses.
What you'll do…
- Drive growth across the new business pillars while also looking at opportunities to cross-sell learning courses.
- Detect and analyse opportunities, targeting suitable organisations and target audiences to drive new business development.
- To identify and cultivate potential leads within targeted industries, geographies, and client segments.
- Curate an organised and shared network of active and potential relationships.
- Drive revenue and contribution to meeting divisional targets.
- Identify and develop new business within existing clients through established relationships while collaborating with universities and learning institutions.
- Develop and maintain strategic stakeholder relationships with key partners and management.
- Work with key strategic partners to foster sales opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong business development and operational processes.
- Identify and foster suitable sales channels with the team.
Requirements:
- Results-oriented, with a track record in taking initiative, self–generating opportunities and closing opportunities.
- Prior business development experience in start-ups or the education sector is preferred
- Previous experience developing new opportunities and closing new business across FinTech, Insurance and Tech sectors will be highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment

Salary: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
