Business & Finance Analyst (Hybrid - Jakarta) – Contract for Service

Role Overview
Type: Contract for Service (1-Year Renewable Independent Contractor)
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (Hybrid: Flexible Remote + Onsite Meetings)
Compensation: IDR 8,000,000 – IDR 12,000,000 per month (Fixed Retainer Fee)
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years
What You Will Do:
- Financial Analysis: Lead daily accounting, monthly financial reporting, cash flow tracking, cost auditing, and quarterly corporate statements.
- Business Insights: Track student and corporate client data, build Excel/BI dashboards, and present cost-reduction and growth strategies for the Indonesian market.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years of rigorous experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proven track record within a Big 4 firm, mid-tier accounting firm, or large corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
- Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial forecasting and preparation of financial dashboards.
- Professional fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
