Job description for Business Analyst at JPA Recruitment

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for underwriting of new real estate investments (investment powerpoint, investment paper, financial models)
  • Financial cash flow modelling and calculate project level investment returns
  • Manage active rent rolls, real estate project pipeline & land bank inventory
  • Perform market research on specific asset classes in specific geographies
  • Maintain up to date information on market activity regarding customer demand, new real estate supply, analyse and evaluate the company's product positioning.
  • Analyse pipeline of potential customers/ tenants
  • Prepare marketing pitch decks to potential customers/ tenants for specific asset class
  • Lead marketing process with key customers throughout the transaction
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating weekly activity reports to management, covering marketing and business development work
  • Maintain a competitive pricing report for assigned deals and markets.
  • Qualifications
  • 0 to 3 years of real estate experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in real estate investment, business management, applied finance, architecture or other relevant field
  • Ability to solve problems and work in growth environment
  • Ability to speak and write bahasa indonesia and english fluently
  • Ability to speak Mandarin will be a bonus
