Job description for Business Analyst at Synergy Financial Advisers
- Analyse, plan, translate and develop product requirements into technical requirements
- Strong technical background with understanding of various programming concepts, languages and software architecture
- Implement best practices and able to work hands-on for product testing.
- Work closely with different stakeholders and teams to ensure clear and concise requirements for all parties
- Assess and address technical risks proactively
- Make decisions and recommendations on technological strategies
- Provide innovative solutions for new requirements and for existing system enhancement and provide optimized solutions
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives

- Professional Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
- Preferable 2 years of hands on experience in software development or technical lead
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager
- Strong understanding of the web development cycle, programming techniques and tools
- Strong understanding of various programming concepts and database designs
