Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and translate customer business needs be an effective proposal if necessary
- Coordinating and working with team development to implement Dynamics 365 CRM
- Communication flows
- Reporting and dashboard creation
- Data validation and cleaning
- End-user training and troubleshooting
REQUIRMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent from reputable university
- Preferable 2 year(s) of working experience in related position
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing, Service) is a plus
- Have deep Business Analyst skills
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- Analytical and good problem solving skill
- Ability to work effectively in both an independent and team environment
- Willing to place in Sudirman Area (Central Jakarta)
- Willing to work hard to get the job done within the deadline
