Job description for Business Analyst (IT Projects) at Nawatech
- Conduct meeting or interview with customers and convert the result to user’s requirement.
- Extract information from customers and develop use cases based on the information gathered.
- Analyse problem and provide data backed solutions by mapping requirements against technical aspects to be implemented.
- Prepare functional and technical documents related to projects to be delivered.
- Assist development team in developing solutions according to user’s requirement.
- 1-3 years experience as business analyst.
- Experienced with functional and technical documents (BRD, FSD, TSD).
- Ability to define user requirement based on collected information.
- Analytical thinking with resourceful attitude.
- Able to create process flow diagrams, user story.
- Familiar with project management methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).
