Job description for Brand Solutions and Content Strategist Manager at Voxxy Media
- Translate brand marketing objectives into optimal communication strategy for all social/influencer campaigns and engagement ideas.
- Interpret engagement briefs to ensure influencer and social activations deliver consistency in brand message, tone of voice, and creative representation.
- Partner with the sales team to develop brand and media proposals for clients and partners, including developing media plans and creative campaigns.
- Develop messaging, narratives, and collaterals to engage advertisers in Indonesia (including large brands, SMBs, and media agencies).
- Develop and implement strategic influencer-driven campaigns and serve as the critical resource across all clients to ensure all KPIs and requirements are met.
- Collaborate with multiple teams internally to deliver results and execute business initiatives.
- Responsible for ideating and conceptualizing social media campaigns with Influencers and celebrities, marrying brand communications, and meeting the Client's expectations.
- Should have extensive knowledge of the influencer landscape and execute and analyze the results of full-scale campaigns.
- Stay informed of trend updates across YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, search engines, content publishers, and emerging digital platforms.
- Good Communication Skills
- ·Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia: both verbal and written.
- Multi-Tasker and a quick learner and implementer.
- On-the feet thinking and not just robotic process implementer.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, snapchat, and other social media best practices.
- Experience in managing social media platforms.
- Strong coordination skill, excellent interpersonal & leadership skill
- Deep understanding in Digital Advertising, Influencer & Content Marketing ecosystem
