Job description for BRAND EXECUTIVE at PT Kami Gawi Berjaya
- Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers’ insights
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
- Establish and maintain brand budgets
- Take ownership of development and implementation of the online and offline campaigns
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
- Coach the team and get the best from everyone
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Periodic reporting: competition analysis, benchmarking and best practices
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Create and monitor pricing & merchandising strategy
- You will manage cross functional projects with supply partners (covering technology, operations, commercial and marketing workstreams)
- Manage customer service enquiries with customer service team to resolve customer service enquiries
- On-site product merchandising, ensuring all product attributes are fulfilled and accurate
- Provide digital marketing support, including marketing calendar updates, internal asset requests.
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Management, Communications, or related field.
- Min. 3 years of Retail/ Marketing/Sales experience as the same positon
- Candidates with retail watch experience and watch enthusiast will be preferred
- Strong analytical abiliy – analyze data, develop insights, understanding consumer needs and behavior, etc.
- Having a good interpersonal and leadership skill
- Have a strong sense of product knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership skills
- Young, creative and highly motivated
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluent in English
