Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for someone with a passion in designing cocktails and delivers great bar experience to fill the role of Bartender.
You will be in-charge of:
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests as per recipes and to the standards established by the club
- Concocting new and innovative cocktails
- Handle the daily operations of the bar
- Maintain a clean and safe bar service area
- Keeping proper inventory system and placing orders when necessary
- Ensure the workspace is clean and tidy at all times
- Adhere to liquor licensing and practice good hygiene standards
- Keeping wastage and spoilage to a minimum
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Individuals with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Well versed in cocktails, liquors, spirits, beer and wine
- Proficient knowledge of bar equipment
- Team Player
- Enjoys working in a busy environment
- Available immediately
- Singaporeans and Permanent Residents currently residing in Singapore
*Remuneration will be broadly considered based on experience.
