- Collect and follow up payment to customer
- Communicate with leasing & bank company related to payment process
- Support customer with leasing application & required documents collection
- Manage branch petty cash
- Communicate with Branch Operation related to vehicle road tax and ownership transfer
- Weekly report to B2C Branch Manager and raise up issues related with payment & leasing process
