Job description for AWS and DevOps CI/CD Engineer (Remote/Malaysia/Singapore) at Refund Global Pte. Ltd.
- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines and YAML, ensuring efficient and reliable code deployment processes.
- Infrastructure as Code: Utilize Terraform to manage and automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and configuration on AWS, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- AWS Cloud Management: Architect, deploy, and manage cloud solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others to support application needs.
- Cloud Security: Implement and enforce best practices for AWS cloud security, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and compliance with security standards.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure application performance, reliability, and security. Optimize infrastructure for cost efficiency and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to integrate CI/CD practices into the software development lifecycle and address infrastructure needs.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for CI/CD processes, infrastructure configurations, and security protocols.
- CI/CD Tools: Proven experience with Bitbucket Pipelines and YAML configuration for building, testing, and deploying applications.
- Infrastructure as Code: Strong expertise in using Terraform for provisioning and managing AWS infrastructure.
- AWS Cloud Services: In-depth knowledge of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
- Cloud Security: Solid understanding of AWS security best practices, including IAM, VPC, security groups, encryption, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Version Control: Proficiency in using version control systems, especially Bitbucket and Git.
- Automation & Scripting: Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automating tasks and managing deployments.
- Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with AWS monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, CloudTrail) and third-party solutions for application and infrastructure monitoring.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in cloud environments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts clearly.
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in AWS and DevOps roles, or a proven track record in CI/CD pipeline management and cloud infrastructure. We do hire freshly gratuated students.
