What will you be doing?
- Product Discovery Process
- As part of the product team, research, analyze, and define the product vision and execute on the prioritized roadmap for your product area.
- Understands user pain points, gathers inputs from multiple sources including potential customers, and connects them with business objectives to generate product vision that will help the company to solve the customers’ needs further.
- Define, track, and analyze key metrics to drive product growth.
- Monitor product implementation, evaluate, and initiate product improvements on regular basis
- Product Delivery Process
- Define clear and well-scoped product requirements documents (PRD) that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
- Set the product prioritization, monitor, and coordinate product development process with a team of engineers and designers to ship high-quality products
- Build relationships with stakeholders across Brick including partnership, sales and marketing
- Managing go-to-market for new products, including messaging & launch plans
What skills do we need from you?
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university, fresh graduates are welcomed
- Strong analytical/quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator, high proficiency in communication skills, written and spoken (both in Bahasa Indonesia and English) - Good interpersonal and communication skills to critically identify problems early in the process.
- Cooperative person and can drive collaborative teamwork. - Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution
- Familiar with API products and how they work.
- Prior experience in building Fintech / B2B product platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience in agile product development is a plus
- Have a degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) fields is a plus Sounds good so far? Great.
