Job description for Associate Business Manager at Glints Indonesia

We’re looking for an Associate Business Manager to join our Sales team, to lead a Glints Recruiter team to change the lives of candidates by helping them to find each other.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with the business team of the company and work as part of a recruitment section, managing assigned clients, candidates and job orders
- Regularly review employees KPI's budgets against actual performance to ensure revenue targets are achieved
- Actively work as part of the team assigned to each Job Order to complete the recruitment assignment following company procedures and to the client’s satisfaction
- Supervise Consultants in the processing of candidates to Job Orders
- Coordinate and administer the acceptance of new assignments to the team
- Conduct and give direction searched to source quality candidates that meet Job Order selection criteria
- Maintain regular contact and develop strong relationships with clients assigned for account management
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong business development capabilities to value add to the team and the business
- Minimum 3 years of experience working within people facing roles such as 360 recruitment business, B2B sales, account management or related experience
- Past experience in leading a team
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Moves and executes fast, able to execute, and deliver on tasks quickly and effectively
- Flexible and able to adapt to any situation, able to get hands dirty
- An ability to work well on their own and within a team
- Previous experience working in a startup environment would be an added advantage
