Job description for Assistant Project Manager at Evye LLP
- Client Liaison: You’ll be the go-to for our clients, managing communication via WhatsApp and email during office hours. You’ll ensure that their needs are heard, and their requests are delivered to the team on time.
- Project Management: Using Notion, you’ll track deadlines, deliverables, and client feedback across multiple projects, ensuring everything stays on course.
- Digital Strategy & Campaign Oversight: Assist in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns for our clients across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with an eye on performance and optimisation.
- Collaboration with Creative Teams: You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and Creative Associates, scoping out client requests and translating them into clear, actionable briefs for the team. You’ll also help coordinate the efforts of Social Media Marketing & Content Executive.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly reports for clients on digital campaign performance, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Client Feedback & Strategy Refinement: Analyse client feedback, help refine strategies, and ensure client satisfaction by suggesting optimisations and improvements.
- Problem-Solving: Be ready to jump in and solve any challenges that pop up—whether it's an issue with a client, the creative process, or a campaign’s performance.
- Are familiar with Notion: If you haven’t used Notion before, you’re ready to dive in and become a pro at managing projects and workflows.
- Have digital marketing knowledge: You’ve managed or been part of campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, and have a solid grasp of how digital marketing works.
- Communicate like a pro: Whether it’s with clients or internal teams, you can clearly and confidently express ideas and expectations in English (Chinese is a bonus).
- Are organised & detail-oriented: You know how to keep multiple projects on track and ensure all the little details are handled—no task is too small for you.
- Are client-friendly: You’re comfortable working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and making sure they’re always in the loop.
- Have some experience in project management: You’ve managed client projects before and know how to juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- Green but Growing: You’ve got 2-3 years of experience, but you’re still hungry to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility. You’re open to new ideas and excited to get better at what you do.
- Proactive and Ownership-Driven: You take charge of your tasks and don’t wait to be told what to do. When you see something that needs to be done, you jump in.
- Client-first Adaptability and Flexibility: Things change quickly in creative projects, and you’re cool with that. You know how to go with the flow and adapt when plans shift, understanding that client satisfaction is what will drive our firm to greater successes in future.
- Fun Yet Focused: You take your work seriously, but not yourself. We’re a fun team that knows when to laugh, and you fit right into that dynamic.
- Ready to Grow into Our Culture: You’re eager to become part of Evye’s supportive, quirky, and creative environment—where teamwork, flexibility, and high standards go hand-in-hand.
- Remote: Work from anywhere, but stay connected during office hours to keep projects running smoothly.
- Collaboration Tools: We rely heavily on Notion for project management, so you’ll need to become familiar with it quickly (don’t worry, we’ll guide you!). We also use Telegram, Discord, Zoom, and other tools to stay in sync.
- A Fun & Supportive Team: Evye is more than just a place to work—it’s a place to grow, learn, and collaborate with people who love what they do.
- Training & Mentorship: We believe in supporting our team, so you’ll receive regular guidance and feedback from your supervisor and peers to help you thrive.
- Room for Growth: As we expand, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and shape your role. The APM is just the first hire—soon, a Business Development Manager and more team members will join, and you’ll be at the core of building something amazing.
- Work-Life Balance: Yes, we work hard, but we value work-life balance. We want you to grow here, but not burn out. Remote work, flexibility, and support are all part of the package.
