Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
- Mengkoordinasi dan mengontrol aktivitas kepersonaliaan (payroll, HRIS, BPJS, database karyawan, SP)
- Mengkoordinasi dan mengontrol seluruh aktivitas general affair termasuk gedung dan inventaris asset
- Mengkoordinasi dan mengontrol perawatan kendaraan operasional
- Mengkoordinasi dan mengontrol aktivitas proses recruitment dan seleksi karyawan seluruh cabang serta pengembangan SDM (performance appraisal, training, coaching/counseling)
- Menangani hubungan industrial dan legalitas perusahaan
- Memahami peraturan perundang-undangan ketenagakerjaan
- Melakukan perjalanan dinas ke seluruh cabang untuk menjalankan proses audit
Kualifikasi :
- Usia minimal 35 - 45 Tahun
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum, MSDM, Psikologi
- Minimal memiliki 5 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang yang sama di perusahaan Manufaktur
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership
- Mampu berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi dengan baik
- Memahami SOP GA dan Kepersonaliaan
- Menguasai Ms. Office dan email
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas
