Art Director (Mobile Game Company)
Work Location: Pasir Panjang area (near MRT station), Singapore

Job Description/Responsibilities:
We're looking for an experienced Game Art Director who can artfully lead the various art teams and drive the overall direction of the company’s game.
- Lead a team of art leads and artists producing 2D, 3D, VFX and UI arts.
- Ensure visual elements are inline with the game vision to maximize game players’ experience.
- Participate in controlling the unity of all visual parts such as models, characters, atmosphere.
- Work with the producers to balance artistic vision with production realities.
- Follow the work of the team and ensure they reach the expected qualities.
- Contribute to the art pipeline definition and develop milestones for art team.
- Research on mobile games.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree with 3 to 5 or more years of game art production experience, including at least 1 to 2 years as an Art Director / Art Team Lead / Art Head
- Proven strong proficiency in current 2D and 3D a software such as 3D Studio Max, Zbrush, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
- Possess fluency in English language oral communication to effectively communicate with team members
- Possess prior experience in mobile game development is a bonus
