General Qualifications :
1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Hospitality Management or related fields.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, preferably as a Butler or Supervisor role.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to handle guest complaints and deliver service recovery effectively.
7. Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
8. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Must be domiciled in Bali.
