Affiliate Specialist (On-site – BSD, Tangerang)

Affiliate Specialist bertanggung jawab mengelola, mengembangkan, dan mengoptimalkan program affiliate di platform Shopee & TikTok, khususnya untuk niche buku dan edukasi, dengan fokus pada listing harian, kolaborasi, serta peningkatan performa penjualan.

Qualification / Criteria

1. Berpengalaman sebagai Affiliate Specialist / Affiliate Executive di Shopee & TikTok

2. Terbiasa mengelola listing dan database affiliate

3. Memiliki skill komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik

4. Memahami dan tertarik pada niche buku / edukasi

5. Nilai plus jika memiliki atau tergabung dalam komunitas affiliate / creator

6. Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan data

7. Teliti, rapi, dan konsisten dalam pekerjaan harian

Job Description

1. Melakukan listing affiliate harian

2. Mengelola dan memperbarui database affiliate & creator

3. Mencari, menghubungi, dan menjalin kerja sama dengan affiliate / creator potensial

4. Melakukan negosiasi kerja sama (komisi, barter produk, campaign khusus)

5. Monitoring performa affiliate (click, conversion, sales)

6. Memberikan brief sederhana terkait produk, niche, dan campaign

7. Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (content / marketing) untuk campaign affiliate

8. Membuat laporan performa affiliate secara berkala

9. Menjaga hubungan baik dengan affiliate dan komunitas
