Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
2. Minimum 2–3 years experience in affiliate or digital performance marketing.
3. Experience in e-commerce or retail brands is a strong plus.
4. Proficient with platforms like Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, Lazada
5. Advanced Excel and reporting dashboard skills.
6. Familiarity with UTM, tracking links, Google Analytics
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
9. Proactive, independent, and goal-driven personality.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with company goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
2. Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates (bloggers, influencer, content creators, etc.) who are relevant to our target audience and brand values.
3. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support, communication, and motivation.
4. Plan, execute, and manage affiliate campaigns, ensuring affiliates have the necessary creative assets, tracking links, and promotional materials.
5. Continuously monitor affiliate performance, track key metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, sales, ROI), and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
6. Implement strategies to improve affiliate program performance, including commission structure adjustments, bonus incentives, and A/B testing of creative assets.
7. Ensure all affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
8. Prepare regular reports on affiliate program performance and present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership team.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing to maintain a competitive edge.c
