Job Description
- Lead, coordinate, and direct teams to execute campaigns, displays, and promotions effectively.
- Manage campaign activities in stores and on social media, provide update information related to events, designs, promotions, etc.
- Build relationship with external parties including media, tenants, and influencers to create a strong professional network.
- Beside become A&P Manager, she will be responsible with managing content on social media platform, also able to create visual design materials for campaigns.
- Ensure that the store’s product display (visual merchandising) complies with brand standards and is appealing to customers.
- Responsible with the “work / job/ tasks” from the beginning to the end.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Fashion Business or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Advertising, Promotion, Branding, or Marketing, preferably in the retail fashion industry.
- Presentable, fashionable, and well-groomed with a professional.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, fashion trends, customer behavior, and retail market dynamics.
- Possesses a strong sense of fashion and aesthetics, with the ability to translate brand identity into effective campaigns and visual content.
- Experience in handling branding activities, promotional campaigns, digital marketing, social media, and in-store promotions.
- Strong analytical skills in evaluating campaign performance, promotional effectiveness, and sales results.
- Familiar with visual merchandising, photoshoot coordination, content planning, and marketing materials.
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects, timelines, vendors, and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Willing to travel for business when required.
