We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Officer to support our day-to-day office operations. You will be the backbone of our office environment — keeping things running smoothly, handling administrative tasks, and being the friendly face our customers and team members turn to. This role operates in a hybrid work setup, giving you the flexibility to work both from the office and remotely.
What you'll do:
- Manage general office operations including filing, scheduling, and correspondence
- Greet and assist customers, clients, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and route them appropriately
- Maintain office supplies, records, and documentation
- Support internal teams with administrative requests and coordination
- Assist with basic data entry, reporting, and document preparation
What we're looking for
- Basic understanding of office administration and clerical procedures
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
