Job description for Admin Support Associate (Malaysia) at FoodLine
- Conduct research online to identify potential contacts and prospects in support of FoodLine.sg.
- Create and maintain a well-organized list of relevant contacts, including F&B merchants, Event Spaces, and Corporate Clients, ensuring that the data remains accurate and current for the Singapore market.
- Draft and send introductory emails to potential contacts to introduce the company's services in a professional manner.
- Consistently achieve daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to administrative tasks such as lead data management and email communication.
- Regularly update and maintain the status and progress of leads within the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Offer valuable feedback to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes related to lead management.
- Demonstrated 1-3 years of experience in roles related to lead administration.
- Display a goal-oriented approach with the ability to consistently achieve daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and set targets.
- Exhibit strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, particularly in the efficient management and upkeep of lead data.
- Proficiency in working independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity.
- Comfort and proficiency in using various tools and software for administrative tasks, especially in lead data management.
- Must have a suitable home office environment with personal access to a laptop/PC and reliable internet connectivity.
- Adhere to Singapore's official calendar for working days and public holidays, with the provision of off in lieu for work conducted during Malaysia's public holiday
- Attractive compensation, (avg. 6 - 10%) increment and bonuses which grow with the company
- Able to work from home
- Weekdays Mondays to Fridays, 9.15am to 6.15pm
- 14 days Annual Leave
