Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Online Admin & Operations Assistant. While managing our WhatsApp Business account and responding to customer inquiries is a core responsibility, this role also heavily involves backend operations, including administrative reporting, payment reconciliation, and log management. The ideal candidate balances responsive customer communication with structured data tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp within 10 minutes (best) to 30 minutes (tolerable).

Assist customers in booking scooter rentals through our website, providing guidance on product selection and the reservation process, using both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Coordinate scooter delivery and return schedules with on-site staff to ensure smooth operations using Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.

Perform daily and weekly financial payment reconciliations, matching incoming payments against website bookings and system logs to ensure zero discrepancies.

Compile and maintain regular administrative reports tracking rental metrics, fleet utilization, and payment statuses.

Follow established protocols for customer service and communication, as provided by Cinchy's training program.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Minimum High School Diploma.

Previous experience in customer service or online administration is a plus.

Proficient in using Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.

Must own a smartphone capable of running WhatsApp Business.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Available to respond to messages promptly between store hours.

Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays, with shifts arranged to allow for days off.
