- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Maintain organized documentation, records, and filing systems for easy access and reference.
- Prepare and check administrative documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Support data entry, document handling, and general office coordination.
- Assist in monitoring administrative workflows and reporting any issues when necessary.
- Ensure all administrative records are updated and properly maintained.
- Help support day-to-day office operations through accurate and timely administrative assistance.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by supervisors or management.
Job Requirements - Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Based in Bali.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage data accurately.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Good time management and ability to work with deadlines.
- Willing to support various administrative needs of the company.
