Job description for Admin HRD at PT Thermindo Sukses Mandiri
Kualifikasi :
· Usia maksimum 30 tahun
· Pendidikan minimal S1
· Pengalaman Kerja Minimal 2 Tahun di bidang HRD
· Menguasai program komputer Microsoft Office (Excel, word, power point)
· Memahami BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan
· Mengetahui tentang administrasi HR
· Memberikan laporan pekerjaan secara berkala kepada atasan.
· Dapat bekerja sendiri maupun dalam team.
· Teliti, detail-oriented, analytical thinking dan menyenangi pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan angka dan rapih dengan data
Tugas Dan Tanggung Jawab :
· Melakukan administrasi HR (absensi, rekap data karyawan, cuti,data bpjs, dan lain-lain)
· Menjaga dan mengelola database karyawan ( hardcopy & softcopy )
· Memantau semua Administrasi SDM (masuk, keluar, status karyawan, ketidakhadiran, dll)
· Memeriksa, mengumpulkan dan mendistribusikan semua dokumen untuk HR Department (Document Control).
· Mengurus segala hal yang berkaitan dengan Perjanjian Kerja ( kelengkapan berkas dan data diri karyawan )
· Melakukan recruitment calon karyawan mulai dari pencarian kandidat hingga kandidat di terima (Menyiapkan alat tes, Analisa).
· Melakukan proses pendataan & pemeliharaan inventaris asset perusahaan.
