Job description for Admin Customer Support at Bocorocco Shoes
Kualifikasi:
- Memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun sebagai seorang Customer Service/Admin Online Retail (market place, WA atau website perusahaan).
- Pendidikan minimal gelar diploma dengan jurusan yang terkait.
- Memahami cara penggunaan computer dan system.
- Berorientasi kepada kepuasan pelanggan.
- Memiliki laptop pribadi dan dapat berfungsi dengan baik.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Cikupa, Tangerang
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Menjawab chat WhatsApp dari pelanggan tepat waktu dan dengan informasi yang akurat baik via chat maupun telfon.
- Memberikan product knowledge Bocorocco Shoes ke setiap pelanggan yang bertanya.
- Mengelola keluhan, request, dan kepuasan pelanggan.
- Memberikan laporan harian dan bulanan kepada atasan terkait pengelolaan pelanggan (chat, telfon, dan permasalahan pelanggan)
- Mengerti dan membantu proses refund/retur barang penjualan.
- Membantu proses penjualan secara offline di Head Office (diutamakan setiap hari sabtu dan fleksible di hari biasa)
- Bersedia mengikuti training, membaca, dan menerapkan SOP Customer Support Bocorocco Shoes
- Mengikuti peraturan perusahaan dalam mengelola sistem pelayanan
