Job description for Admin Customer Service at Tomaple Gourmet Potato Donuts
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Menerima order dari customer di platforms online (WA, Instagram, Tokopedia, Shopee) & meneruskan ke tim Marketing
2. Menghandle complain dan menjawab pertanyaan/request dari customer/potential customer dengan berkoordinasi dengan Tim Marketing
3. Memberikan edukasi & penjelasan mengenai produk, promo, dan katalog produk kepada customer
4. Inputting transaksi ke dalam Excel maupun System
5. Menangani kelengkapan data Customer
6. Menangani arsip surat mutasi, permintaan barang, finishing barang
7. Membuat laporan terkait dengan pekerjaan
Kualifikasi:
1. Pendidikan Minimum SMK/SMA, bidang Administrasi diutamakan
2. Mempunyai pengalaman dibidang Administrasi atau Customer Service selama minimal 1 tahun
3. Memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan harus berhubungan dengan administrasi dan akurasi data
4. Dapat mengoperasikan Ms. Office (Ms. Excel & Ms. Word)
5. Terbiasa menggunakan social media
6. Komunikatif, mempunyai pemahaman baik tentang Customer Service Oriented, Bekerja dengan teliti
7. Kemampuan administrasi yang baik
8. Dapat berkoordinasi dalam team
