Job description for Admin Customer Service at Syafar Media

Customer Service Visa Umroh (WFH)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Menjawab pertanyaan jamaah terkait pengajuan visa umroh

2. Memeriksa dan memverifikasi kelengkapan berkas jamaah

3. Mencatat pesanan dan mendata leads jamaah

4. Membuat invoice sesuai pesanan

5. Melakukan follow up jamaah sampai proses selesai

6. Input data jamaah ke sistem

6. Berkoordinasi dengan Manager Visa terkait status pengajuan

Sistem Kerja:

- Work From Home (WFH)

- Libur 2 hari (di luar Sabtu & Minggu)
