Job description for Admin Assistant - Fleet Management at Bigfoot Logistic
Job Description
- Record daily fuel usage into excel and maintain fuel logs.
- Divert summons to the respective drivers / follow up and maintain records of vehicle summons.
- Generate monthly report on vehicle fines/offence.
- Open and maintain new accident files, ensure all relevant documents are filed in.
- Data entry of Purchase Order (into excel).
- Data entry of Requisitions (into excel).
- Open requisition forms get approval and pass over to the accounts department.
- Open deduction forms.
- Maintain and follow up with petty cash records.
- Produce monthly report/ summary on petty cash and diesel records.
- Update requisitions/SIR/ Deductions and Summon entries into Big-Foot Logistic Network.
- General Filing duties (Insurance certificate/ license/ NRIC/ summon report/ petty cash).
- Attend to incoming phone calls and walk-in interview applicants.
- Keep soft and hard copy filing up to date.
- Maintain proper records of vehicle-related matters.
- Complete any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager.
- Maintain and Manage departmental records/data and update accordingly.
- Responsible for multi-functional areas within VMO department.
- Maintain service excellence.
- Complete assignments given by the Vehicle Maintenance Officer / Workshop Manager.
- To ensure there are no lapses
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean Only
- Min 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Proficient with computer
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates

- Work Location: Joo Koon
- Workdays & Timing:
- Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Saturday 8.30am – 1.00pm
