Responsibilities
- Primary Responsibility - Establish banco Marketplace product by calling businesses to obtain product information and collating them for product listing.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Undertake administrative duties such as managing mailboxes, folder management, liaising with suppliers and vendors, taking meeting minutes etc.
- Assist in performing leads generations
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or a similar field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous and strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
- Hardworking and dedicated outlook
