Job description for Accounts Executive at Priority Consultants
- Handle full sets of accounts and ensure that the records are maintained in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- Processing of day-to-day financial transactions including invoice processing, bookkeeping, billings, collections, and payments
- Prepare bank statement reconciliation
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- Preparation of GST and Corporate Income Tax returns
- Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly and yearly financial management report
- Assist in the preparation of year end statutory accounts
- Assist in preparing audit schedules
- Assist Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
- A diploma in accountancy and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance function
- Able to work independently and has the ability to problem-solve
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and organised
- Has good time management and able to multitask
- Knowledge of working experience in accounting software such MYOB, XERO, or Oracle is a plus
