Job description
Responsibilities for the job:
1. Assist with monthly close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, accrual.
2. Maintain excel files containing bank transactions and inter company information.
3. Interact with other teams and / or other departments.
4. A/R duties to follow the leasing for the revenue data.
5. Ad hoc projects as requested.
6. Protect organization value by keeping information confidential
Required work experience, skills, and education:
1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
2. Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
3. Students last semester are welcome to apply.
4. Fast Learner, hardworking, and striving for excellence.
5. Good attitude, friendly, cooperative, willing to learn
Specific Competence:
1. Having a knowledge in accounting fields and capable to implement it
2. Have extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel (able to use formula related to finance).
3. Have a good analytical skill.
4. Having good knowledge in tax will be a plus (Article 23, 21, 4(2), 26)
