Job description for ACCOUNTING FINANCE STAFF at Aeris Beaute
Tanggung Jawab :
· Mengelola dan membuat laporan bulanan / laporan arus kas, pendapatan, pajak dan laporan terkait lainnya
· Mengelola semua aktivitas keuangan (piutang, hutang, dan penggantian)
· Rekonsiliasi Bank dan pencatatan transaksi bank dan kas yang telah dibuat
· Mengetahui dalam perpajakan seperti PPh 21, 23, 4 ayat 2 dan PPN
· Membuat rekomendasi untuk perubahan yang diperlukan dan memastikan bahwa kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan diikuti dan menetapkan teknik yang tepat untuk menemukan dan mencegah kesalahan/fraud.
Persyaratan :
· Minimal pendidikan Diploma / Sarjana segala jurusan
· Berpengalaman minimal. 2 tahun sebagai Accounting Finance
· Menguasai Ms. Office, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel dan Ms. Power Point
· Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam menggunakan software akuntansi seperti Accurate, Myob, My Jurnal, Easy Accounting atau sejenisnya
· Memiliki kemampuan dalam komunikasi, analisa, pelaksanaan dan kerjasama dengan baik
