Job description for Account Manager at Ruangguru
Handle prospects and close sales through meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Set meetings via established channels (telephone, email, and LinkedIn) to introduce enterprise solutions and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
Create and deliver proposals to potential clients based on their business needs.
- Negotiate and close deals, as well as handle complaints or objections related to enterprise products for corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve better sales results and customer satisfaction.
- Perform consistent follow-ups with leads through calls and emails to ensure project closing.
- Conduct follow-up communications to move opportunities effectively through the sales funnel.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline and customer data accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales (B2B / Enterprise Sales preferred).
- Preferably have a background or experience in SaaS, LMS, or HRIS products.
- Have an existing corporate client database and ability to reach out to decision makers (HRD / Training positions will be a strong plus).
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, fast learner, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work and manage clients in Jabodetabek area.
