Job description for Account Manager at Sampingan
- Manage clients' accounts by being the spearhead of Sampingan for clients' business concerns and inquiries
- Maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with existing clients
- Possess strong knowledge of the company's services, products and solutions
- Address clients' business needs and align them with Sampingan's offerings
- Collaborate with internal employees across functions (i.e. finance, operations, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Having min. 3 years of experience as a B2B sales/business development/account management in enterprise solutions provider or similar companies
- Fluency in English with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to drive account management/customer success process by demonstrating consistent performance (e.g. high renewal, up-selling, and cross-selling rate)
- Pro-activity, persistence, and solid consultative-selling approach with impeccable business acumen
