Job description for Account Manager at PT. Afedigi Teknologi Indonesia
- Responsible for search new account, develop and managing accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
- Responsible for accomplishes sales activity by researching and developing sales opportunities and plans; brand awareness; analyzing, reviewing, recommending and building strategic that drive business profitability by increasing sales, improving conversion rates, capturing larger average order sizes and managing margin performance products, solutions and services.
- Find and managing end user for selling the products, solutions and services.
- Create and Excecute Sales and Marketing Strategy ( Project ).
- Generate New Customer & New Sales Opportunities ( Project ).
- Meeting, presentation, visiting, negotiating, dealing and selling to new customer and/or existing customer is a must ( Project ).
- Responsible for negotiating, tendering and communication ( new customer and / or existing customer ) to assigned target number.
- Responsible for building, managing the overall relationship with end user ( Project ) and be a PIC of contact.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing customer ( Project ) with generating new coverage and customer.
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor degree ( S1 ).
- Have an experience working with IT Company or software house will be our priority.
- Having experienced minimum 1 years in Sales Project in IT Solutions & Services is preferable ( Software & Services Product, such as : SAP B1, ERP Software, Oracle Software & VMware, Point Of Sales Machine & Peripheral, etc ).
- Have data base / customer list coverage from existing account preferably ( Corporate / End User ).
- Understanding of the disciplines required to develop and create project is a must.
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (active).
- Discipline, fast learner, high accurate and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team and self motivated.
