Job description for Account Manager (Niagahoster Partner) at Niagahoster
- Engage and reach potential partner: exisiting (Niagahoster user) and external or new partners;
- Expand partner reach/engagement efforts by exploring customer value chain and acquiring new partner, through various platforms;
- Implement partner acquisition plan and communicate with customers in the territory in order to achieve target revenue/ transaction value;
- Obtain solution for customer requirement or issue on service for future service enhancement on timely manner and new product development in order to enhance service standard and to maximize customer satisfaction;
- Have a passion to maintain partner satisfaction and partner loyalty in order to increase customer buying;
- Collaborate with Internal Team to respond and act upon customer / partner needs;
- Guide NiPa users and provide customized support for Niagahsoter Partner platform;
- Collect Feedback and Problem Issue from Partner.
- Strategically engage potential customer/partner that yield to an effective and profitable partnership;
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the accounts;
- Crafting sales ideas/innovation to attract more customers/ partners and increase overall NiPa userbase;
- Gather customer feedback and share with internal team for product and service development.
- Deep knowledge in Niagahoster Partner, domain, hosting, blog, and website;
- minimum 1 year hands on experience in Hosting and its related Product's;
- Hands on experience in managing hosting selling website (Ex: Konsulweb);
- Have a set of skills customer oriented, good communication skill, confidence, friendly, good in negotiation;
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
- Good endurance and resilience;
- Proven ability to juggle between multiple task at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
