Job Description :
- Achieve Sales Target according to the stages and conditions provided by the company.\
- Improve competence and knowledge of the company's products/services and related soft skills to support sales.
- Identify markets and industries to obtain prospects, opportunities, and new customers.
- Create and report sales performance to management, according to the determined schedule.
- Arrange, complete, and create all documents for the completeness of sales administration and relationships with customers / prospective customers.
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from various disciplines, preferably from IT, Marketing and Business
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in leading and managing sales or marketing, with established connections and rapport with managers (IT, finance, procurement) and C-suite executives (CTO and CIO).
- Experienced in selling enterprise-level IT solutions related to Cloud, DevOps, DevSecOps, API, Virtualization, Containerization, Automation, and Database Management technologies/platforms, in various industries such as Telco, Bank, Insurance, State-Owned Enterprises, Government, FinTech, Manufacturing, etc.
- Understand and comprehend the concepts of Cloud, DevOps, DevSecOps, API, Virtualization, Containerize, Automation, and Database Management, in various industries such as Telco, Bank, Insurance, State-Owned Enterprises, Government, FinTech, Manufacturing, etc.
- Able to use CRM for sales management.
- Proficient in using office applications (documents, presentations, and spreadsheets)
- Proficient in creating presentations and delivering presentations to customers effectively.\
- Experienced and knowledgeable about IT department workflows and business processes, as well as the procurement process for goods/services.
- Proficient and skilled in using both Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.
- Understand project lifecycles and project management.
- Experienced and skilled in conducting negotiations to close deals
- Experienced and proficient in communicating and building relationships with customers at various levels, especially for manager, CIO, and CTO levels.
- Proficient in sales techniques and skills from prospecting through closing deals and after-sales.
- Able and proficient in managing customer requests and complaints.
- Have integrity, courage, self-confidence, and responsibility in carrying out the sales process from beginning to end.
- Able to analyze and understand customer needs, and then translate them into a solution/concept to meet those needs.
