Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major, preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Business Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales in the IT industry, particularly at a System Integrator (SI) company
Accustomed to working with B2B business models and long sales cycles
A strong database and network of relationships with enterprise customers (banking, telco, FMCG, manufacturing, government) is a plus
Able to implement strategic prospecting to discover new business opportunities and farm to maintain and grow existing accounts
Understand the tender process and procurement of goods/services, and be able to prepare technical and commercial documents effectively
Possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, both in Indonesian and English
Quota-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Job Description:
Identify and develop business opportunities in priority sectors in accordance with the company's strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, technology partners, and principals/vendors
Prepare technical and commercial proposals and present solutions to potential customers
Coordinate with the pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure the solutions offered align with customer needs
Responsible for achieving sales targets (both revenue and gross profit)
Prepare regular sales and activity reports for the Sales Manager
