Account Executive – Creative Agency

About Us
We are a creative agency specializing in branding, social media management, creative production, and digital campaigns. We are currently looking for a proactive and communicative Account Executive to join our team and help manage client relationships and project execution.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear briefs for the creative team.
- Develop and manage project timelines to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, social media, production, ads, etc.).
- Review deliverables before sending them to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and final reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Executive or Client Service (preferably in a creative/digital agency).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of content creation, campaign structure, and social media workflow.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Positive attitude, fast learner, and strong problem-solving skills.
