Job description for ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE at Pt Sarwa Manggalla Raya
- Responsible for building strong working relationships with existing/new accounts in order to offer and generate sales for all products. by phone or visitations if need be in order to hit Target(s) given by management
- Developing and executing customer business/promotional plans
- Negotiate effectively with your customer, e.g. to agree trade terms, trade funding, and counterparts
- Manage the relationship aspects of key customer ‘events', e.g. launching of new products, cost price changes, breaches of trade terms
- Manage promotional and non-promotional investments with the customer and ensures all agreements are properly documented and stored
- Manage the launch of new products with customers, e.g. selling in the new product, providing samples etc
- Manage in-month performance vs forecast
- Manage accruals and pricing accurately and efficiently
- Ensure customer is compliant with agreed trade terms; where these are breached seek a resolution and monitor implementation
- Provision of clear up to date inputs into Business Processes (Promotional Evaluation, Customer Business Planning, sales updates, in store tracking, price claim management etc)
- Delivery of required admin for the customer – pricing, rebates, NLF, promo proposals, trade terms, contracts
- Be involved in Pricing and Discount program discussions
- Create daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semester, and annual reports
- Utilize CRM software and ensure all inputs are correct
- Ensure that all orders are processed with no difficulties
- Distribute Marketing Material to all accounts
- Develop timely reports to regularly inform the board of the status and conditions of all accounts
- Achieve any and all target set by management
- Join and actively contribute in both internal and external meetings
- Continuously develop necessary skills in order to remain perpetually relevant
