Job description for Account Executive at XCIDIC

We are looking for an Account Executive who have strong relationship building skills and have an eye to identify opportunities with new and existing clients.

Job Description:
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with new and existing clients
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients and develop positive and long-term relationships
  • Attend needs-discovery meetings and gather relevant information needed for the solution-creation process
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Work with internal team to create proposal that fits clients needs
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our digital services
  • Maintain good relationship with clients to gain customer loyalty
  • Compile and analyze data to find trends and staying current on company offerings and industry trend
Requirements :
  • Have 2-3 years experience as an Account Executive in a tech company/digital agency
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
  • Motivated to learn and pro-active approach to creative projects
  • Ability to keep up with current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Strong in analytical thinking, detail oriented and an understanding of budget restraints
  • Ability to utilize Google Workspace and Project Management tools
