主要任務
以產品設計師的角色與團隊共同發掘與定義問題，並從數位科技的角度提出觀點與建議。
快速發想點子並製作可互動與測試的概念原型來提供使用者進行測試。
數位產品設計 (Tech, UX, UI, Interaction Design, etc.) 相關研究與趨勢分析。
根據商業目標與研究結果制定產品設計發展方向並執行設計相關產出。
持續根據產品市場回饋，以迭代的方式持續優化產品體驗設計。
As a Product Designer at Moment Pet Wellness your responsibilities will include:
Creating product concepts and recommendations based on your own perspective that solve user problems & pain points
Rapidly ideating and creating interactive concept prototypes for user testing
Based on business goals and research outcomes, defining product design directions and creating final design solutions ready for hand-off to our engineering team
Continuously optimizing the product & user experience in response to new market and user feedback
Keeping up to date with the latest trends in digital product design (tech, UX, UI, interaction design etc)
職務需求
基本條件
人機互動、電腦科學、網頁設計、平面設計或數位媒體等設計相關領域的學士學位。
至少 5 年以上產品設計相關工作經驗。
可以獨立從了解需求、定義問題、到規劃與執行設計以及與開發人員溝通的完整產品設計與開發流程。
精通各類原型製作、測試與設計工具，但不會被工具給限制住想法與創意。
除了設計也執行過或熟悉使用者研究相關流程、工具以及運用方式與時機。
對於前後端開發有基礎知識與經驗。
目前自己有養寵物 (貓或狗)。
偏好條件
人機互動、電腦科學、網頁設計、平面設計或數位媒體等設計相關領域的碩士學歷。
過去有在新創公司或創業過。
曾經待過企業端 (In-house) 與顧問端 (Agency/Consultancy) 。
熟悉前後端開發相關語言、流程以及趨勢。
We are looking for designers with the following:
Bachelors degree in design or a design-related field e.g. human-computer interaction design, computer technology, web design, graphic design, digital media etc
At least 3 years of work experience in digital product design (interaction design, UX, UI etc)
Ability to plan and execute complete production-ready designs starting from user needs and pain points. Includes development of product roadmaps and specifications to facilitate effective communication with engineers
Proficient with a range of design, prototyping and testing tools
User research experience - familiar with the research process and has a solid understanding of what tools to use and when in order to conduct effective user research
Knowledge and experience with front & back end engineering fundamentals
Bonus if you have:
Masters degree in design or a design-related field e.g. human-computer interaction, computer technology, web design, graphic design, digital media etc
5 or more years work experience in digital product design (interaction design, UX, UI etc)
Has experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
Has in-house or agency/consultancy experience
Comfortable with standard front/back engineering terms, processes and trends
Currently raise a dog or cat at home
