As the saying goes...“Give a man a fish, and you’ll feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish (and give him a fishing rod), and you’ll feed him for a lifetime.” To us, being here to make a difference is to be prepared to empower others with what we have.
At FrogAsia, we see our technology just like the fishing rod. It is a tool that helps us make education relevant in today’s world, it helps us to be more effective and efficient; creative and engaging. But at the end of the day, it’s not really about technology, but what you do with it that matters. Behind this technology, are real people, people whose purpose is to make a difference.

Just like how there’s no point in doing things if there is no purpose, we also believe that there is really no point in doing things if there is no joy.At FrogAsia, enjoying what we do and who we do it with is more than just having fun with our colleagues in the office, it is about enjoying the process of making a difference together with those we work and partner with.
This is what we love most about doing things with others - having good conversations, sparking ideas together, building trust, and ultimately forming friendships. We recognise that we are all different and that very difference is what gives us each a unique role to play. Be it in a classroom, in an office or at home, in the city or in a rural village, we are all here because we want to achieve a common goal together, and that is to make education better.

Sometimes doing the right thing means doing it the right way, so we choose what is right over what is easy. We understand that we are accountable for our time, our talent, and our opportunities, and strive to do our best to make the most of them while we can.
Our fast-changing world offers more options than it ever did before and many areas to navigate, for which only character and integrity can be a constant. Having good character prepares us all to face life’s big and small challenges.

We all know we live in an imperfect world. So how can we make the world a better place? Every child is born unique. The chances that one person’s DNA is the same as someone else’s is pretty much impossible. Our role is to understand this uniqueness, and nurture every child to realise their full potential, helping them thrive in a world that is rapidly evolving and prepare them for jobs that do not yet exist today. Learners of today require new, engaging ways of learning. They need to find their passion and be unafraid to persevere when the going gets tough.
Pursuing perfection isn't about achieving perfection. It's about constantly having a spirit of excellence in all we do, to be the best version of ourselves and to inspire others to do the same.
T- Think Ahead and Out of the Box
And finally, in a world of constant change, we believe it is very important to stay curious and keep our eyes on what's ahead. The truth is, if we want our children to be resilient and creative, it begins with us. We need to tap into our own sense of wonder and curiosity, to be open to exploring new possibilities, to try different ways of approaching a problem, and always be ready to push the boundaries to see beyond what is ordinary and expected.
